We can add WEB to the year. WEB = “Web Era, Before”. Thus, the year when the humans set foot on the Moon for the first time is defined as “1969 WEB” (1969 Before Web Era). How about years commonly defined as BC (Before Christ) or, more accurately, as BOE (Before Our Era)? Easy again. We add the minus sign (–) to the year, then the WEB designator. Thus, the year Socrates died becomes “–399 WEB”. The computers love to work with both + and – (minus)… This is really tricky, but “tricky” stimulates progress. How do we calculate a person's age, if the person was born WEB and lives in WE? Say, a person born in 1973 WEB and the current year is 18 WE? Easy, once more. Here is the formula, recommended to use it mentally only: Age = (2000 – YearWEB) + YearWE In the example, Age = (2000 – 1973) + 18 = 27 + 18 = 45 years. If a woman, congratulations! You reached the philosopher age as established by Plato! Updates to LotWon software. "MDIEditor and Lotto" is now version 1.3 WE. It superseded MDI version 8. It is the last freeware version of the application. Since it is free, you have nothing to lose checking it out. Among other things, the program is a great replacement for both Notepad and WordPad. After all, it works with an unlimited number of files of any size! Latest version: 1.3 WE, November 2003 - all features enabled and FREE! SuperPower is currently in version 10.99.02.
